樂言社教育基金（樂言社）自 2016 年成立以來，一直透過動漫電玩與數碼藝術教育，為香港弱勢青年開闢向上流動的道路。
我們深信，每一個微小的個體都蘊藏巨大潛力。只要給予機會，他們都能成為香港創意產業的「巨人」。
Since our establishment in 2016, Act Plus Education Foundation (Act Plus) has been dedicated to empowering disadvantaged youth in Hong Kong through cutting-edge animation, game technology, and digital art education. We firmly believe that every individual, no matter how small they may seem, possesses immense potential. Given the opportunity, they can become the “giants” of Hong Kong’s creative industries.

青年創科藝術專業培訓計劃
我們在 2025–28 年展開為期 3.5 年的重點項目，全方位培育青年的創科藝術技能，扶助他們實踐轉弱為強，蛻變為香港創意產業的寶貴資產。
From 2025 to 2028, we have been launching a 3.5-year flagship initiative to equip disadvantaged youth with comprehensive tech-art skills, empowering them to become high-value assets to Hong Kong’s thriving creative industries.

基礎孕育
Foundational Nurturing
500
名青年 · 35 小時
培訓 500 名青年修讀 35 小時基礎創科藝術課程，每人學費價值 $5,000。
Training 500 youths through a 35-hour elementary tech-art course. Tuition value: HK$5,000 per student.

專業培訓
Professional Training
90
名青年 · 1.5 年
全面支援 90 名青年接受 1.5 年全日制專業深造、個人成長及就業支援，每人學費價值 $60,000，總課時逾 1,560 小時。
Providing 90 youths with a 1.5-year full-time professional training program, personal development activities and employment support. Tuition value: HK$60,000 per student; over 1,560 total training hours.

項目總經費為港幣 830 萬元，已獲太古集團慈善信託基金（香港）率先捐助 400 萬元作為起動基金。為慶祝十週年，樂言社現目標籌集港幣 400 萬元。

The total budget for this project is HK$8.3 million. We are honoured to have received an initial HK$4 million from Swire Trust to kickstart the project. To celebrate our 10th anniversary, Act Plus aims to raise HK$4 million, while a generous patron has pledged a 1-to-1 matching donation — meaning every $1 you give will yield $2 of transformative power!
