We firmly believe that within every seemingly small individual lies immense potential. Act Plus invites you to join us in discovering and serving these "little" young ones, for they are the "giants" of tomorrow. Small actions can create a monumental impact. Everyone who strives hard in life and commands respect is a "giant" in their own right.

Submission Highlights

  • Animation:
    2D, 3D, stop-motion, or mixed media under 5 minutes.

  • Digital Game:
    Designed for PC, mobile, or web browsers featuring at least one fully playable level/round.

  • 1080p MP4 (plus playable build for games) via a secure Google Drive link.

  • Original creations only, never published before on any platform! (except showcases at school graduation exhibitions or on the participant's personal social media accounts)

Who Can Join?

  • Teams: Individual or groups of 2 to 5 people.

  • Age: Open to creators under 29 years old (applies to all group members).

  • Eligibility: Must be Hong Kong residents (holding a valid HKID card or HK student ID card issued by Hong Kong registered schools).

Two Little Creative Giant Awards will be presented in each track to celebrate the exceptional creativity of children aged 12 or under.  Each receives a trophy and a special gift.

Q1. Can I submit more than one piece of work?

A: Yes, you are welcome to submit multiple entries. However, each piece must be submitted separately, and every individual submission must adhere to the same rules and guidelines.

Q2. Can I revise my submitted work?

A: Yes, you may revise and update your submitted work at any time before 16 October 2026.

Q3. Is there an entry fee to participate in the competition?

A: No, entering the competition is completely free of charge.

Q4. Can I submit a project that was created as a team?

A: Yes, team submissions are allowed. Please ensure you list all team members' names and designate a primary contact person when filling out the submission form.

Q5. Are there any restrictions on the language used in the submission (e.g., subtitles or voiceovers)?

A: Submissions can be in either English or Chinese. Subtitles in English (or bilingual Chinese-English) are highly recommended for the international jury. If your work contains dialogue or narration in other languages, please ensure English or Traditional Chinese subtitles are provided.

Q6. What are the file formats and technical requirements for the initial submission?

A: Please upload your work in MP4 format, with a maximum resolution of 1080p and a file size not exceeding 500MB.

Q7. Who retains the copyright of the submitted work?

A: You (or your team) retain full copyright of your work. However, by submitting, you grant the organizers the right to use snippets, screenshots, or trailers of your work for promotional and screening purposes during the Award Ceremony.

Q8. What should I do if I encounter technical issues while submitting the form?

A: If you experience any technical difficulties, please take a screenshot of the error and contact our support team at event@actplus.org.hk before the submission deadline.
